A few items that belong in the Smithsonian. Front row - Lil Joe’s gas tank from the 60s, Von Dutch made knife with brass knuckles that shoots a .22 caliber gun bullet, made for Danny Brucker in 1976, Straight Satans “in memory of” plaque for fallen club members. Back row - @jimmarshallphoto taken at Altamont, and a poster from when the Hells Angels put on a Janis Joplin and Big Brother concert, signed by several Daly City and Frisco members.

Doug the Thug Orr was a member of the Daly City Hells Angels and then the Oakland HA. As legend would have it he was known for being so strong that he could break out of handcuffs.

One night a prospect from another club (I’m sure you can guess which one) stole #SonnyWithTheMoney Barton’s Galloping Goose MC bike (pictured here) from the Mugg bar in North Hollywood. Bill the Shark beat the shit out of the prospect from the other club, when everyone else wanted to hangout and drink with the guy. Needless to say Bill earned his Goose colors through blood sweat and tears.

It amazes me how the families of former club members find me here. Edward Lee Carey, aka Zip, was a member of the DAGO Hells Angel, and the Outlaws DAGO, before joining the Straight Satans MC Venice. A few days ago Zip’s grandson and daughter found me on here and DM’d me.
